About Me

My Story

I was born and raised in Venezuela and one of my favorite childhood memories is making arts and crafts at my Abuela's house.

At the age of 23 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that shifted the way I engaged with life. Two years later, I became an immigrant, having to leave my home country to start a new life in the United States.

My healing journey took me through a path of self discovery, where a strong spirituality practice, art and a deep connection with nature showed me how to Live with Intention. Because living with purpose makes everything more enjoyable (no matter the circumstances).

I invite you to see everything happening in your life right now, as an opportunity to Love and Grow. Appreciate the present moment as the most precious gift.

My Background

Helping people has always been my biggest motivator. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and earning a Masters in Conflict Resolution I worked in Human Resources for over 10 years. Supporting Organizational Leaders in areas such an Intentional Leadership, Change Management, Influencing and Inspiring Others, and Emotional Intelligence.

In 2017 I started to create art pieces that represented my love for life. Using hand stitched beads and bright colors, I unlocked a new passion.

After completing my Accredited Coaching Certification (ACC) in 2023 I decided to shift the way I help people and started my coaching practice. I mixed all of my knowledge in human behavior, art and coaching to help people unleash their true potential so they can also live a purposeful and authentic life.
